Toy Video AI ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

1. Data We Collect

Toy Video AI collects and processes the following data:

Toy Photos — Images you take or select from your photo library to create animated videos.
Scene Descriptions — The text prompts (scenario titles or custom descriptions) you choose for video generation.

We do not collect:

Names, email addresses, or contact information
Location data
Device identifiers or advertising IDs
Browsing or usage analytics

2. How We Use Your Data

Your toy photo and scene description are used solely to generate an animated video of your toy. This is the core functionality of the app and the only purpose for which your data is processed.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing

Important: To generate videos, your toy photo and scene description are sent to fal.ai, a third-party AI video generation service. This is the only third-party service that receives your data.

The data sent to fal.ai includes:

Your toy's photo (compressed image)
The scene description text (e.g., "toy is brushing teeth")

The data is transmitted securely via HTTPS through our backend server (Firebase Cloud Functions). Your photo is not stored on our servers after the video is generated. fal.ai processes the image to create the video and does not use your images for model training. You can review fal.ai's privacy practices at fal.ai/privacy.

4. Data Storage

All user data (your profile, toy photos, video history, and preferences) is stored locally on your device only. We do not maintain user accounts or cloud storage for personal data. If you delete the app, all local data is permanently removed.

5. In-App Purchases

Toy Video AI offers consumable in-app purchases ("Magic Dust") processed entirely by Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information.

6. Children's Privacy

Toy Video AI is designed for families. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not require account creation, does not collect names or emails, and does not include advertising or third-party tracking.

7. User Consent

Before your first video generation, the app displays a clear consent dialog explaining that your toy's photo and scene description will be sent to fal.ai for processing. You must agree to this before any data is transmitted. You can choose not to proceed, in which case no data is sent.

8. Your Rights

Since all personal data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete all data at any time by deleting the app. No data remains on our servers or third-party servers after video generation is complete.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and in the app.
